Service Description
As a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, I provide comprehensive in-home and group education on car seat safety. During your appointment, we’ll review the AAP’s evidence-based recommendations, the different types of child safety seats your child will need as they grow, and how to properly use, maintain, and clean your seat. I’ll also teach you how to correctly install your car seat and make sure you feel confident doing it yourself in your vehicle. Any adult who regularly transports your child is encouraged to attend the appointment so they can learn how to safely harness your child and properly install the seat as well.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are confirmed once booked online and payment is received. Please review your service selection and add-ons (additional vehicles or car seats) before completing your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment. No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled and may be treated as a no-show if we’re unable to accommodate you. Additional Vehicles or Car Seats: Please add these at the time of booking to ensure enough time is reserved. Additional services requested during the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Who Should Attend: For car seat appointments, any adult who regularly transports the child is encouraged to attend. If you have questions before booking, please reach out—we’re happy to help!
