Service Description

This two-part virtual class is designed to prepare you and your support team for labor, birth, and beyond. Whether you're planning an unmedicated delivery, considering an epidural, or just want to know your options, this course offers inclusive, evidence-based guidance in a supportive and judgment-free space. Led by a Certified Childbirth Educator and Doula, this class is perfect for first-time parents or those needing a refresher. Partners are highly encouraged to attend! Class Breakdown: Day 1: Labor & Delivery Understanding the stages of labor Signs labor has started and when to go in Comfort measures and coping strategies Medical pain relief options and interventions Creating a flexible and empowering birth plan Day 2: Immediate Postpartum & Newborn Care What to expect after delivery Skin-to-skin, delayed cord clamping & golden hour Partner’s role in the birth space Basic newborn care Advocacy, informed consent, and navigating the hospital experience Both sessions are taught live via Zoom and include printable handouts, a birth plan worksheet, and time for Q&A.

Cancellation Policy

Class Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to learn with us! Please review the following booking policies before registering for any class. Registration & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Registration closes 24 hours before the scheduled class time or once the class is full. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and class materials after booking. Cancellations & Transfers: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before class will receive a full refund or may be transferred to a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date (based on availability). No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Who Can Attend: Classes are open to birthing parents and their support people (partners, doulas, grandparents, etc.). One registration covers both the pregnant person and one support person. Online Access: Classes are held live via Zoom. A stable internet connection and camera/mic access are recommended for participation. Class recordings are not available, so please plan to attend live. 📞 Questions?
